                     Dr. Yvonne van Zaalen

Dr. Yvonne van Zaalen is a researcher, clinician and in-demand speaker, whose ideas about the nature of cluttering, its differential diagnosis and treatment have made her one of the world’s leading experts in fluency disorders. As associate professor and the Chair of Health Innovations and Technologies at Fontys University, Eindhoven, Netherlands, she is responsible for scientific research and education regarding the production of speech and language processes in (dis)fluent speech of normal speakers and people with intellectual disability. As a senior fluency specialist, Dr. van Zaalen has more than 25 years of experience working with people with cluttering and stuttering. She is the past president of the International Cluttering Association. Dr. van Zaalen was presented with the Deso Weiss Award, sponsored by the Stuttering Foundation of America.ing.

Dr. Isabella Reichel

Dr. Isabella Reichel is professor at the Graduate Program in Speech and Language Pathology, Touro College, New York, USA. She is a Board-certified specialist in Fluency Disorders who has specialized in the treatment of stuttering and cluttering for over 35 years. In her capacity as the Chair of the International Representatives Committee of the International Cluttering Association (ICA), she leads multinational collaborative initiatives in research, publications, and seminars on cluttering at conferences with presenters from countries around the world. Dr. Reichel chairs the Deso Weiss Awards Committee sponsored by the Stuttering Foundation of America and serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Perspectives on Global Issues in Communication Sciences and Related Disorders, published by ASHA.
